Located Less Than 500 Yards from Alaska Marine Highway Ferry Terminal!

Located in Beautiful Sitka-By-The-Sea, the Sitka Sportsman's Association RV Park is conveniently located right beside the Alaska Marine Highway Sitka Ferry Terminal and only 7 miles from downtown Sitka.  Our RV Site offers two heated bathrooms with handicap accessible showers. Cell phone and internet service is spotty in the area. Internet is only availalble May 15-Sept 15 and is not guaranteed. We do have a local line for emergency use. It is suggested you reserve your site to guarantee space on arrival. Click on images below to zoom.

The drawing below is a rough-draft to give you an idea of where each space is and is not sized accurately. You can see the water from any space and can walk down to the water from the grassy area. The grassy area where the tents can setup is shown in the top photo that includes the picnic table. All guests are entitled to use the hot showers. Because we are near wilderness areas, you must always follow safety procedures in regard to bear. The bear photos ahead were taken about a half mile away. Never leave food out. No food scraps in the garbage. No fish guts and such are to be disposed of on-site. Click here for a pdf you can download and print. THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • RV Rates: $30 per night, plus Tax on all sites. Total $31.80 per night

  • Camping Rates: $19 per night, plus 6% Tax. These are on the grassy area by fire pit.

  • $5 per night, plus tax for dogs

  • Full Payment Due on Booking

  • Only Credit Card Accepted for Online Booking

  • No Refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival or for No Shows

  • All Site have Sewer Hookups

  • Sites 8, 9 and 10, Short Rigs, Max 25 Feet

  • Dogs must always be on leash and MUST be picked up after.

  • Although we do have wireless and try to keep it working for you, due to our location it may be intermittent. The closer to the main building, the better reception you will get. No refund if wireless is not working. Internet only available May 15-Sept 15

  • Bear may enter camp: Keep all food products secured.

All Spaces are Back-in Spaces, Max 11 feet across. If you extend beyond 11 feet, or have tip-outs that take you beyond 11 feet, you need to rent 2 spaces. Sewer dump is a max of 100 feet from any space.
